1. A hatály

1.1 This policy explains the types of personal data the Company collects about natural persons, and how it processes, shares with third parties, and secures that data.

13.9 A hozzájárulás visszavonásának joga Az adatainak kezeléséhez adott hozzájárulását bármikor visszavonhatja. Ez nem érinti a visszavonás előtt, a hozzájárulása alapján végzett adatkezelés jogszerűségét. Joga van panaszt tenni az illetékes felügyeleti hatóságnál. Panaszt nyújthat be valamely tagállam felügyeleti hatóságához, amely az egyének alapvető jogait védi az Európai Unión belüli személyes adatok kezelése során. Az Európai Unió és a tagállamok jogszabályai a jelen 13. szakaszban foglaltak szerint korlátozhatják a személyes adataihoz fűződő jogait.

13.10 A kérelmének kézhezvételét követő egy hónapon belül a jelen megállapodás 13. szakaszában foglalt jogainak megfelelően rendelkezésére bocsátjuk a kért információkat. Ez a határidő a kérelem jellegétől és a kérelmek számától függően szükség esetén legfeljebb két hónappal meghosszabbítható. Az esetleges meghosszabbításról és annak okairól a kérelmének kézhezvételét követő egy hónapon belül tájékoztatjuk Önt.

13.11 Where it does not conflict with Section 13 of the Act, we provide the information requested under your rights pursuant to Section 13 free of charge. If a request is unfounded or excessive, in particular where it is repetitive, we may charge a reasonable fee to cover the administrative costs of providing the information or taking the requested action. We may also refuse to act on the request.

13.12 If we have doubts about the identity of the person submitting a request, we may ask that person to verify their identity by reasonable means.
